About

Lisa earned a BS in Behavioral Sciences and a Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from IU East (1995), MSW (IUPUI, 2003). She established the Mental Health Association in Franklin County, served as behavioral specialist in an elementary school, and in a Head Start/Early Head Start program and has worked in several CMHC's as an adult outpatient/addictions therapist. She has presented at local, state and national conferences on rural community social work, critical incident stress debriefing and addictions. She conducts local and statewide trainings in working with addicted clients, especially those involved with DCS.
