About

Wayne Hawk received his MSW degree from Indiana University School of Social Work with concentrations in child welfare and leadership. He has over 20 years of professional experience focused in the areas of children, adolescents and families. He has transitioned into higher education as a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Social Work. Wayne is the BSW Child Welfare Workforce Coordinator and faculty coordinator/advisor for the Child Abuse and Neglect Certificate program. He works collaboratively with the Child Welfare Education and Training Partnership to manage the Preparing for Success program that supports newly hired Department of Child Services Family Case Managers across the State of Indiana.
